Rob Zombie's Halloween remake hasn't been out a full week, but the director is already talking about the DVD. He confirmed to Fangoria.com that there will be a full-length documentary similar to the 30 Days in Hell feature found on the Devil's Rejects disc. "We shot one the same way," Zombie said. “There’s probably even more to it than [30 Days] had, because that one worked so well, we were like, ‘Oh yeah, let’s do it again.' So we’re actually editing that right now.”

There will also be deleted scenes a-plenty, including Adrienne Barbeau's cut cameo, a scene between Udo Kier and Clint Howard, and more of the sessions between Dr. Loomis (Malcolm McDowell) and young Michael Myers (Daeg Faerch). Dimension Home Video has yet to announce a release date for Halloween, and there's no word yet whether it will contain the theatrical cut, a director's unrated cut, or whether we will see an official release of the radically different  edit seen in workprint form and currently being passed around the Internet.
