Website for "Skinwalkers" Fully Launched

Classic-Horror received an email from the fine folks at After Dark Films the other day letting us know that the website for James Isaac's Skinwalkers is complete (Skinwalkers.com). A cursory glance around the website reveals that most sections are still "coming soon", but expect that to change, well, soon. At the moment, you can access the film's trailer, synopsis, and message board.

In Skinwalkers, a young boy has the power to change the destiny of the werewolves. One faction of werewolves, seeking to end their curse, protects the boy. The other faction, which revels in bloodlust and savagery, will do anything to protect their way of life. For them to continue, the boy must die.

Skinwalkers comes out nationwide on July 27th, 2007.

Rob Zombie's Blog

Whether you're into Rob Zombie or his highly hyped new film, The Devil's Rejects, or both the man and the movie, you're going to want to check out this very interesting method that Lion's Gate Films has set up in an effort to get their directors to speak a little more personally with fans than a mere press release: an online journal. It seems everyone in Internetville is getting one these days, but hey, when Rob Zombie gets one, I've no reason to complain!(read more...)

"Saw II" Website Live

Wow, this came quickly -- about a week after the release of Saw on DVD, the official website for Saw 2 has already gone live, and you can check it out at http://www.saw2.com . Granted, there's not much on the site as of yet (besides a message board and a mailing list, that is), but it is a sign that we'll be seeing a lot more information about this sequel very soon. When any more updates on Saw 2 arise, check this here Haunted Newsreel and you'll surely know about them.

Websites Launch for Zombies, Their Master, and a Haunted House

Last week was officially the Week of Website Launches. Not only did the official website for the two upcoming Return of the Living Dead sequels (Necropolis and Rave to the Grave, both of which I am equally excited about) and the new, improved Amityville Horror remake website make their first appearances, but also, the much-anticipated Georgearomero.com was relaunched with a completely new look and some oddly-placed photos of George A. Romero Xbox and iPod skins, both of which (mark my words) I WILL own, if and when they become available to zombie lovers such as myself. To check out any of the aforementioned websites, click on the links below:

"Devil's Rejects" Website Overhauled

The Devil's Rejects is a film that I am greatly anticipating, and now, people like me have even more of a reason to water at the mouth while awaiting this sequel to House of 1000 Corpses. You see, an update of the official website of the film has graced the web. Actually, this could probably be regarded as more of an overhaul than just a mere update, as the site has been given an entire new layout and a few new features. I could describe more here, but I'd only be postponing your viewing of the site, so I'll just leave you with linkage: http://www.thedevilsrejects.com. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

"Boogeyman" Website Launches

Sam Raimi (director of Evil Dea-oh, come on, I really hope that if you're on classic-horror.com, you know who Sam Raimi is -- the man needs no introduction) and his genre production company, Ghost House Pictures, who recently unleashed The Grudge, are currently pimping the release of their second film, Boogeyman, with the release of the official website (check it out here: http://www.sonypictures.com/movies/boogeyman/index.html). From the looks of the website, I must say that Boogeyman looks creative, original, and unique -- everything The Grudge was not.(read more...)

Get a Load of Chucky... Online

This is just a heads up for fans of everyone's favorite homicidal Good Guy doll, letting you know that the official website for Seed of Chucky (http://www.seed-of-chucky.com) has officially opened, and though most of the site sections are "coming soon", you can bet that before the movie is released on Friday, November 12th, they will all be up and ready to be explored by your sick, killer doll-lovin' eyes.
